 The MLS - Multiple Listing Service - website is where over 10,000 local realtors search for homes for clients. The Yard Sign is noticed when a buyer or agent drives by the property while scouting a neighborhood and based on curb appeal they call wanting to see a property.

Most buyers do not find a home based on newspaper advertising, open houses, or direct mail (personally that is a waste of time and money). The vast majority of homes sold are because of the MLS.
